About The Worx
Owner, Jim English has worked in fitness gyms for more than 40 years. Working in the health and fitness industry and opening big box gyms, including American Fitness, Golds, Lifestyle Family Fitness and LA Fitness in Florida, Sports Club LA in California, International Health Clubs in Oklahoma gave Jim the experience to see what it takes to make people enjoy their workout and what it takes to build a great gym.
