Our Cancellation Policy

Worx memberships may be cancelled with 30 days notice before the members next billing date. Visit any Worx location to cancel in person or mail your written notice to our Fishhawk location. A $25 Plus Tax cancellation fee will be applied at time of cancellation.

We recommend you deliver the notice in person directly to the front desk membership advisor during staff hours.
